Most of us at different times of our lives get caught up with the stresses of simply living.
When a person suffers a life changing event like a marriage break up, the loss of a loved one, the onset of pain, illness or a terrible injury, life can get so much harder to deal with at that period of time, but in time things often get better, you move on and get back into living life like you used to, but what if that awful period of time had the potential to last for the rest of your life like chronic pain and illness can?
Getting back into life when you have some form of chronic condition constantly nagging at you is not easy, It mentally and physically wears you down and creates barriers that prevent you from moving forward. Most people in this situation don’t often understand or recognise what could be holding them back, this lack of knowledge can result in a person eventually feeling anxious, frustrated, angry and/or develop a sense of hopelessness with thoughts that they have nowhere or no one to turn too.
What can you do about this?
The Foundation for Change Program can help, it is presented from my perspective, it is my thoughts on how I recovered, this is a proven method of recovery though, and just about anyone can follow it.
This program is about helping you understand yourself and what you are going through more effectively. The program consists of 15 videos plus and introduction video, included are some appropriate work sheets.
These videos can potentially unlock the possibilities that you have within yourself, the mind is such a powerful tool and ally when you want to rebuild your life from the burden of long term pain or illness. The problem is most of us don’t know how to use our often hidden talents, mental strengths and capabilities. In fact, most of us don’t even know they exist.
Gaining the knowledge through the Foundation for Change Program of what is available to you internally can be a life changing experience and take you from where you are now, to where you want to be in the future.
